Amin olarak Aminlerin Amonyak t\u00fcr\u00fcne , karbon hidrojen ve nitrojen t\u00fcr\u00fcne de ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Karboksil karbon  oksijen ve hidrojenden meydana gelen alt bir birim i\u00e7erir. Karboksil Karbon ve hidrojenin \u00e7e\u015fitli varvasyonlar\u0131yla ba\u011flar kurarak meydana gelir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aminler Amonyaktaki karbon sisteminin organik radikal denen maddelerle de\u011fi\u015fmesi sonucu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar.  Organik Radikal yada bile\u015fikler Nitrojen(azot) atomuna  karbon ba\u011flar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli form\u00fclleriyle  hidrojenin kendisine eklenmesiyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Organik radikaller Duruma g\u00f6re Hidrojen karbon oksijen i\u00e7eri\u011finin kimyasal de\u011fi\u015fimiylede meydana gelir. Baz\u0131 organik bile\u015fikler ortak elektron mant\u0131\u011f\u0131nda s\u0131ralan\u0131r bu nedenle proteinler bu yap\u0131lara g\u00f6re de \u015fekillenir. Kimyasal bile\u015fiklere nazaran bazen karbon ve hidrojen atotmlar\u0131 nitrojenle ortak bir tek elektronda sabitlenir. Organik radikal bu durumda karbon de\u011ferini ba\u015fta ve sonda ba\u015fta veya sonda de\u011fi\u015ftirebilir.Hi\u00e7bir de\u011fi\u015fim yapmadanda normal haliylede protein bile\u015fimine kat\u0131labilir. S\u0131ralama nedeniyle karbon+oksijen+hidrojen+oksijen s\u0131rlamas\u0131n\u0131n ba\u011f de\u011fi\u015fimine g\u00f6re 2 li olarak  yer de\u011fi\u015ftirmesinden meydana gelmektedir. Suda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proteinler Organik olarakda \u00fcreyebilir, inorganik olarakta meydana \u00e7\u0131kabilir.. Bunun nedenide organik radikal gereksiniminin  olmamas\u0131d\u0131r. Proteinlerin Amin ve Karboksil de\u011ferlerindeki Radikal de\u011fi\u015fik Ribo N\u00fckleik Asit (RNA)  ve Deoksiribo N\u00fckleik Asitten kaynaklan\u0131yor (DNA). Radikal de\u011fi\u015fikler karbon veya Hidrojen maddelerinden birinin yada hepsinin   Organik farkl\u0131 bir s\u0131ralamaya sahip bile\u015fikle de\u011fi\u015fitirilmesiyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proteinler Organik radikaller olmadanda reaksiyona kat\u0131l\u0131r ve her reaksiyonda kendine has kararlar verirler. Proteinlerin \u0130\u00e7inde yer alan maddelerin de\u011ferleri farkl\u0131 kimyasal tepkilere farkl\u0131 \u015fekillerde cevap  verir. Ayr\u0131ca protein \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcrecine dahil olabilen  aminoasit t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. Protein kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kimyasal tepkilerde kendine yeni halkalar ekler veya halkalar de\u011fi\u015ftirir. Buda karar verme mekanizmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yeni \u00f6\u011felerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proteinler 20 den fazla \u00e7e\u015fittedir. Ancak genel s\u0131ralamaya nazaran \u00e7ok az\u0131  ya\u015famsal ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131l\u0131r.
